Village Hall Refurbishment Update
The third phase of the refurbishment programme is underway. The changing rooms, new kitchenette and new entrance between the hall and bar area should be completed. Following the Christmas period, work will commence on the bar, installing patio doors, a disabled access, refurbishment of the serving bar, redecoration and electrical and heating upgrade. To accommodate the work, the bar is planned to be closed in January. We are looking forward to reopening the facility, completing the refurbishment and welcoming you to the hall.
Season’s greetings to you all.

Christmas Fayre
A big thank you to everyone who made the Christmas Fayre on Saturday, 22nd November a huge success and helped raise £1067.10 towards Phase 3 of the village hall refurbishment.
The village hall welcomed a wide range of stallholders to the event, each offering many beautiful and original items. They enjoyed the event and look forward to returning to our increasingly successful Christmas Fayre.
Thanks also to the wide team of volunteers that supported those on the events committee in serving refreshments, including the new, very popular addition of breakfast sandwiches. Thanks to everyone who contributed, from securing bookings from stall holders, to washing up, running the tombola, arranging tables, printing promotion posters and all the other tasks that enable an event to be successful. Thanks also to those who donated cakes and tombola prizes. Well done to all who contributed to this successful community event.
