Sessay Historical Society involved many villagers in the project created a book is called Essays From Sessay and is a series of essays about prominent individuals and events in Sessay’s history. In association with the project, there was also a large exhibition of about 60 laminated panels displayed in the Village Hall. these were also complied as a second book showing the history of Sessay and the research work done. Its a snapshot in time and it documents the history of many village houses and the families that lived there. Both books are available for a small donation to the Village Hall funds.
