Join in the Sessay Scarecrow Festival – Sunday May 15th

The Scarecrow Festival planned for Sunday May 15th is in the final stages of organisation.

The Festival is returning after a 3 year gap with a great range of Scarecrows being planned and displayed down the main street of the village along with Tea and Cakes at the Village Hall. Also planned are a Tombola, Children’s activities including a Scarecrow Trail, a Cake Raffle, a Barbecue and a Best Scarecrow prize. Publicity is going out in the local area, and just in case there is even overflow car parking organised!

Its not too late to make a scarecrow and join in – just get in touch (see below). Alternatively just come and be part of the fun on the day.

We still need tombola prizes please!
