New weekly Pilates Class at Sessay Village Hall
First Class is Wednesday 8th January 2025 at 10:30am.
Emma Wollaston has been teaching Pilates for 20 years and has recently moved to the area. She is highly qualified by Europe’s leading Pilates training provider to teach both matwork and equipment-based classes from beginner to advanced level and also supervise and train new teachers.
Her classes are fun and varied, incorporating small equipment like bands, balls, and toning circles. The best part? Each class is tailored to suit everyone, so people of all ages are welcome! You can find out more at her website EW Pilates
